Aromoteca ® hydrolates or distilled waters, transformed into steam, are passed through the plant or part of it more or less cut, which, obviously, extrapolates the active ingredients. This steam is cooled in a coil that turns it into a very fragrant mixture of water and essences.
The essences, or essential oils, are taken but the water, in this process, is enriched with the hydrosoluble active principles of the plant and becomes hydrolated.
The waters are used both for food preparations and for cosmetic use, especially loved by those who do not like the alcohol of perfumes and / or want a delicate product.
